About MeI am the Buford Elementary speech-language pathologist. I have been a speech-language pathologist for 16 years, and at Buford Elementary for 11 years. I have worked with students from ages 3-22, with disabilities of articulation, language, fluency, and voice. The disabilities I have worked with range from mild articulation disorders to profound intellectual disabilities, stroke, and traumatic brain injuries.
Education: Certificate of Clinical Compentence (CCC-SLP) in Speech-Language Pathology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2001. Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders, University of Georgia, 2000. Internships with North Georgia Medical Center in Hall County and Walnut Grove Elementary in Gwinnett County.
